๐ŸŽจ What to Do If Colors Look Wrong

1

Run the printhead cleaning cycle

Open your printer software (on Windows: Start โ†’ Printers, right-click your printer โ†’ Printing Preferences). Look for a "Maintenance" or "Tools" tab and run "Clean Printheads" or "Nozzle Check".

2

Check ink/toner levels

In the same printer software, find "Ink Levels" or "Supplies". If any cartridge shows red or empty, replace it before testing again.

3

Print the test page again

After cleaning, wait 2-3 minutes and print the color test page again. Often one cleaning cycle is enough to clear a clog.

4

Try a deep clean

If colors still look wrong after one cleaning, some printers offer a "Deep Clean" option. Note: deep cleaning uses more ink.

5

Replace the cartridge

If cleaning doesn't help and ink levels look fine, the cartridge head may be defective. Try replacing the affected cartridge.
